30% of the food produced worldwide is wasted. It is estimated that 11 million tons of food ends up in the trash instead of in hungry mouths every year. ResQ Club was created to solve this huge and complex problem – in other words, to bring global food waste to zero. But our mission doesn't stop at just food waste. We’re now looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to take our partner marketing efforts to the next level. ResQ partners form the foundation of our two-sided marketplace, representing the supply side of our service. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end campaigns—from ideation and testing to implementation and analysis—to support partner growth in all ResQ markets. You’ll be part of our dynamic and passionate marketing team while collaborating closely with the Sales and Account Management team to ensure our ResQ partners receive the care and attention they deserve.
As the Partner Marketing Specialist at ResQ Club, you will...
- Manage partner marketing campaigns (ideation, planning, testing, implementation, analysis, and KPI optimisation) to generate leads, activate new partners, and retain existing ones.
- Manage lifecycle messages using our marketing automation platform, Iterable.
- Coordinate marketing collaborations with our partners.
- Work closely with Sales and Account Management (AM) to maximise growth while supporting ResQ partner acquisition, activation, and retention in all active ResQ markets.
- Ensure that our partner marketing materials (print and digital), website, and other communication channels meet the needs of our partners.

And preferably has…
- Previous experience in marketing, especially in the B2B sector (previous experience with HoReCa sector is a plus)
- Strong communication skills - you can write concise and engaging content for different platforms and audiences, and can also present effectively when needed
- Experience in marketing automation and solid experience in analytics and metrics - analysing results comes naturally to you
- Ability to reflect and learn from failure while seeing it as a growth opportunity

Work time, salary and specifications
⏱ 37.5 hours per week
💰 Salary range for this position is 2800 € – 3300 € per month
📍 This is a Helsinki-based, on-site position with flexible remote work opportunities
💬 Succeeding in this position requires Finnish and English proficiency.
